@@kabooom123 hi, from my personal experience, it was bit difficult to find job in hospital setting compared to to aged care. However, its not that its impossible. It may take time, its best if you have any reference or person who works in health care and refer you there.

@@SkillAdvanceITNepal hello there, if she have given nclex from usa board, she will need to transfer her score to the australian nursing board. She will also need to make portfolio in australian nursing board. Once everything is accepted they will request you to take OSCE examination and she can use eligibility letter for visa process to come and give exam. @@sergiomurilla9848 hello sis If you need to transfer your score, you will need to email a request to the nursing regulatory body that authorised you to complete the NCLEX-RN. The request must be: Addressed to both the nursing regulatory body that authorised you to complete the NCLEX-RN and Ahpra, and Include: Your name, date of birth, NCLEX candidate ID and signature, and The purpose of the transfer. @@OchidomaJr , for preparation if you take bundle which includes nclex and osce it usually costs you 5k AUD. For osce preparation you can choose any provider such as NETA or NIA and watch youtube videos for reference. Thank you ❤️

I recommend to use the forms and charts available in the manual given by APHRA. For procedures you can use youtube videos as reference.

Hello there, I am not 100 percent sure but when you submit your documents during the portfolio development you have to submit these documents. You can submit your provisional document and aphra will assess your documents. If they think it’s not good enough then they will definitely request further more. Another way is emailing APHRA and asking them if it’s okay to submit provisional ❤️

I want to ask that for example I’m studying medical surgical nursing renal system I have to memorise every single word in the chapter or just reading it and understanding is enough . Hi there you do not have to memorise everything unlike anatomy or certain terms, you have to understand it like you said. Learn the physiology and pathophysiology, it helps to understand the systems and disease conditions. When you read the nclex question then you have to use critical thinking where you analyse the answers and choose the correct one after carefully reading hours question. Hope it helps ❤️.

Ma'am you presentation and content is excellent, very clear and very helpful. I have one suggestion ma'am you voice is very low and when it comes with music it's uncomparably loud to irritate. It will be better if you can adjust the loudness of your sound and music playing in between. Thank you
