How is a stock GT86 compared to a stock ND2 and modified ND2, for racetrack use?

What size do you have on the GT4RS? The CRS does not combine in the stock 295/30/20 rear. 305/30/20 on the back? would long to know the front size. 245/30 stock or 255/30??

Their HP had always been low compared to cars/engines of similar class. But they are quick because they are light and torquey. Miatas/mx5 are quick because their engines have mid range torque, which is more important then HP imo.

"Fantastic aerodynamics" with a targa roof? Well, i doubt that. I think the targa configuration destroys a lot of the possible aerodynamics and yes, i know that this Dallara has an outstanding downforce capability. Imagine if it had a hard roof and the airflow over the roof would be not so turbulent.... I think you as a driver are the central point of this unit. RESPECT to all the modifications you have done! You took a LOT of money out of your poket!! The engine being the weak point is a shame for Dallara. I´m sorry to write this! Yes, i know what Dallara is doing ... i know! But selling the people this product for that much money with a unreliable/bad engine would be a NO GO for me... But i wouldn`t spend 300.000€ for a car anyway. And for sure not for one, that`s getting full of water when it´s raining...

That was pretty legit. But having a high compression engine has its draw backs. You literally have to stay up there in the high rpms to be able to floor it. Too low in the rpms and it gets wishy-washy depending on the weather.

YEAH, I like your car very much, especially the white colour. I also aimed for a capri III in my beginning, but somehow ended up with a Porsche 944 turbo (which is engine swapped and modified in many ways), of course also white and black;-) In my opinion our both cars are rather similar concerning first look, fun and flair, though they differ in many details. You may watch my recent clip presenting it. If I ever meet you on the road, we should drink a beer together.

It's quick but horribly not practical. It lacks the 9,000 RPM excitement of VTEC or the 12,000 RPM capable 4AGE from Toyota.

These pre facelift cars stock are 960kg. The facelift are 1030.

I think they have to use electric power steering becasue this is only way lane assist and "features" like that can be implemented.

I have the ND2 and i love it, calling in the car on the highway with 120km/h is no problem.

That looks like so much fun. I am still torn between getting a turbo NB2, a NC2 /3 with a 2.5L sawp , or a ND2 with cams and exh.
