I tried this. It's nice. Thanks. Initially I was doubtful if sambar powder will deviate the taste but then everything went well. Instead of in cowpea I used another lentil patty . Thanks again for the recipe .. 🎉🎉 The best part is u have not added coconut at the end, else it becomes a glorified tomato kurma.

I made this recently for my family and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. My dad recalled his memories from when he used to work and have a chicken soup similar to this one from a street vendor after his work. It made me happy and definitely helped with the cold.
