No they don't count it as a carry it. It's part of your baby items they allow on. At least say that if they ask but they don't really ask. I use a vacuum seal bag with the mini portable vacuum and it make it so much easier and smaller to travel with or tie the pillow to your stroller by the edges of the pillow case too. I don’t have a stroller and to get a portable vacuum sealer would take a few days to get delivered here in Vietnam. I thought of just rolling it up like sleeping bag and tying with rope. My toddler could probably carry it like a back pack and it will be lighter. I’m trying not to bring so much with me since my anxiety is crippling already.😭🙃

@awakenedventures3501 I know it's so nerve racking traveling with two but you've got this! That's a good idea! You can also use any type of bag, even a large trash bag just suck the air out and it will shrink the pillow. Regardless which way you store the pillow it's so helpful tent or not with the kids being comfortable which make us comfortable lol if they're good were good!

You can vacuum seal the pillow into a bag so it's smaller with your wrap. My wrap is Small and fits in my bag and the pillow I usually vacuum seal or put it under in my basket of my stroller or even just hang it on the stroller handle by the ends of the pillow case. For long travels like international flights the bulk is worth it. If the baby's happy mommy's happy lol!! Hope this helps!

For the plane it was recently July 2023 with my 23 month old 2nd child when we flew to Europe since he was still allowed as a lap toddler. It worked great and gave me the hands free I needed to watch my phone and take a nap too.

My kids think it's candy since it's grape flavored and they just take it but if not gummies work too. It's just for us living on an island and having any types of gummies with the heat get stuck and become one lol! Unless they're in the fridge but then they're hard so I do pill form instead. Yes you can take powder milk. Make sure to leave with some extra time since TSA will have to pull you aside to check you and screen you. Depending on the airport some take a bit longer than others so that's why I always suggest to give yourself some extra time 😊 Yes you can get water pretty much anywhere but I do suggest to take one btl with the water measurement you need (add powder later) to have it ready for a moment of emergency you might not have time to go buy some. You can buy water after you cross TSA or even on the plane. Do do allow a baby btl with water.

I'm glad I was able to help! I haven't been able to post anything recently but I do have a few more videos with some extra travel gear. So something that has helped me travel with my two boys is the child airplane safety travel harness. It straps onto the seat and becomes a harness/ carseat for your older child. This really helps and keeps them in one place while you handle the little one! I also suggest you try rocking your little one to sleep a few times on a chair so the transition is easier when you're on the plane. I know my 1 yr old is used to sleeping on his own and puts himself to sleep so me rocking him is really hard and I struggle on the plane. So I practice with him a few days before my flight. Hope this helps and I'm going to try and get on it and post these new videos including the one of my travel carseat that becomes a backpack. Life can get so crazy with two little ones lol 😁 Have a safe trip and you've got this!

I'm so glad this helped! I'm not a doctor by all means, but as long as it's for children you should be fine. I just used children melatonin two months ago with my youngest who's 16 months for a 8 hr flight approved by his pediatrician. I can't remember specific height but he fit great with his knees a bit bend but they didn't allow that. They said he would have to lay down fully without bending his knees. I also think it might be depending on you flight attendant. I've been flying for many years and every flight is different. Some flight attendants are more ok with certain things and others go more by the book, so just depends. If I had to guess I would say this is more for small babies like newborn to maybe shy of a year old. My son was about 13 months and he was an average size child. Unlike my second son who was born 9lbs! He's a big boy and wouldn't fit in that past 4 months. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!

Try to see if the airline can give you the size restrictions and size your child laying down without bending their knees.

Thank you! Glad I could help😁 So the blanket is a wrap and most come with a build in pocket and it's small and fits in my diaper bag. The pillow I usually grab both edges and tie it to the stroller handle and once on the plane just carry it. You can also use a vacuum seal bag and shrink it and put it in your diaper bag or carry on that's also works and I do as well. Hope this helped and let me know if you have any other questions!

He was a year and a half in the video. I used it on him until a little over two and still use the same wrap with my second son who is 13 months now. All wraps/ carriers come with a weight limit but for us it worked great and has lasted me years.
