Hi brilliant episode. I am doing my 200 hr yoga teacher training and Somatic healing certification with MVP. I absolutely love it! I have fibromyalgia and it’s given me my passion back for life. Farther through! I usually for my energy do more pidgeon pose and ? Downward dog to push-up and back, forget the name, and interested to see how this can be energy, this vinyasa. I am adding more seated poses as I get a bit too heavy energetically ❤️
