I agree with the others. This actress gave a MASTERFUL performance of what is, quite probably, the most difficult of all female roles in musical theatre. She deserves credit. This was an incredible performance, both as an actress and a singer.

The person who posted this without giving the singer actor who played Aldonza here credit has done a disservice to himself. (Even after searching the net for it, it proves difficult to find out who executed this fine performance.) Only an person with such a lack of integrity as to take the credit for all for themselves would do so. Live theatre is a living collaboration of artists that is magical when it coalesces at that moment in time. This excellent performance, deserves billing credit. Most of the finest conductors and directors are only but proud to sit back and let the performing artist shine and give them the credit where it is due. I wonder if Tams-Witmark is aware that this is posted here? It's an infringement of copyright, which I normally could turn my back to because it no longer available as a paid performance. But, when the cast, orchestra and crew have been given no credit whatsoever, perhaps Tams should be made aware of its existence which appears to serve only as an attempt at showing off the poster's moderate musical direction skills versus sharing the credit.

This number still freaks me out with goosebumps- and hey- look at that killer lighting effect at the end- who did that? Oh wait- it was me! Of all the lighting Ive done over the years, I STILL hold my head up high over the ending of this Act.... Incredible talent on that stage... truly a gem to long be remembered
