A girl should just get married at the time when she starts getting the first period, getting period shows that you're now grown up, you can give birth, while the boys you marry when you you're able to handle the wife and yours kids (when you see you can give all the basic needs). 💯 percent religion matters, Am a Muslim but I can't marry a non Muslim girl unless when she accepts Islam. After converting to islam she should go to an islamic school for at least 6months then I can Marry her
