An apt discussion. The correct legacy of the Ulama of Deoband aims to revive the Islamic way of life by resisting cultural or colonial influences that may distort Islamic principles. What we now have in the UK, in terms of Deobandi Mosques/organisations, is a significant stain on the anti-imperialistic movement the elders once fought against.

I think you brothers are right about Mohammed Hijab. He may be a good speaker but I don't really follow him to learn my deen! This is not the first time he's got no shirt on and it certainly won't be his last. Just saying .. Enjoyed your show brothers. Keep up the good work. The ummah needs more speakers like YOU!

Asalam Alekum Brothers Great lecture Masha Allah..Just a point . You keep calling each other maulana...I think it's wrong to do this ...the meaning in Arabic for "Maulana is "Lord or Master" I don't think we should be calling ourselves of that status ...May Allah guide us all...Maulana should only be used for ALLAH!!

Wa Alaykum Salaam, dear brother. May Allah reward you for your concern in this matter. Using the term Mawlānā to address each other, other ʿUlamāʾ, or Darul Uloom scholars is completely fine. The Arabic word Maulā has more than one meaning. The Qurʾān in Surah Tahrīm uses the term to refer to a protector in the following verse: "If you cooperate against him, then indeed Allah is his protector, and Jibrīl, and the righteous of the believers.” This confirms that the term Mawlā is one of the attributes of Allah that can be applied to others. There are certain words in Arabic that have several meanings, and depending on the context, a particular meaning would be implied. A typical example is the word Mawlānā, which is derived from the word Maulā and the first-person plural pronoun “Nā.” Maulā can mean master, lord, protector, patron, companion, etc. Imam Bukhārī (r.a.) has mentioned many more meanings for the word Maulā. قال معمر أولياء موالي وأولياء ورثة عاقدت أيمانكم هو مولى اليمين وهو الحليف والمولى أيضا ابن العم والمولى المنعم المعتق والمولى المعتق والمولى المليك والمولى مولى في الدين This requires further elaboration; however, the above will suffice. بارك الله فيكم

Who the hell ever boxes without striking face? It's like playing football without a ball. If it wasn't for the degenerate tate people like u wouldn't even know what masculinity meant. Instead uv take a western/kuffar definition and used to to make make money by distorting islam

What about scholars who sit with these mma fighters and praise them? We’ve got scholars in Birmingham who sit with these celebrities for clout. Recently there were a few events in medina 313 hall and they encouraged it. Them scholars should repent and not encourage these events.

Mashallah a well needed discussion. Again another fitnah of the dawah mafia and British islam crew. All doing this to impress the degenerate tate. They taken kuffar definition of masculinity and try giving it an Islamic flavor. Same fools be the first to buy halal vodka if and when it exists
