For those who are accuring this first check about the buffer zone restrictions from the forest department.. ( if it situated in buffer zone youcant even make a shed there ) Rules are strict in kerala .. Study about the previous owner atleast 3 previous owner sometimes it accured from various tribal peoples ( the tribes lands are not allowed to sell but illigaly they sell ) in this case also you cant build anything and in future government can accure that . Last study about the land type if it mentioned as nilam you will be in trouble you need to submit verious documents to revenue department for convert it as kara then you can built anything in the property its almost an impossible task try your luck .. I am just saying this because lf some of tamilnadu people brought some lands here and struggling now as a keralite who lives in tamilnadu I know people are not aware about these kinds of rules .. they just think its easy like tamilnadu.. in future they can sell with huge profits.. the land cost is drastically going down in kerala due to migration

I acre = 80 lakhs .. 7 acre will be 5.60 crore .. even if we get 1 lakh per month income it will take approx 50 years to compensate the principal amount .. if we add interest it’s another 50 years 😮😮
