the problem with up or downscaling a 3d printed object is, that the clearences are made for the orgin scale. if you scale it up, you need to make the clearences a bit smaller, if you scale down you need to make them larger!

Despite it being very impressive, you used the wrong head. It’s supposed to be the 2012 variant if it uses a blue torso with red printed on or use the head you used if the torso was red with blue printed on.
