This was so me back around 1986 when I was 18 and got a tattoo on each upper bicep followed by cutting sleeves off my teeshirts. It was a great time but definitely cringy. 😂 Hey I still think it’s better than the full sleeve people now wearing non prescription nerd glasses and drinking crappy IPA’s
