I have a functional medicine doctor I’m already working with, Dr. Lam coaching maybe you heard of them. He says the same thing that you saying, about if your in adrenal fatigue\ exhaustion stage to not start off with stimulating adaptogens amd even fits B’s. He has me starting with Vit C while slowly increasing dosage over time and some glutathione and rest, yoga, stress techniques. I wasn’t listening at the beginning because of my stubbornness and on my own started taking adaptogens with some b’s and felt better but then I stopped because I don’t know if it was just stimulating my adrenals creating more energy vs me allowing my adrenals to rest and they eventually give me the energy production over time. So I’m trying to follow his instructions it’s just a slower process of getting energy when I felt the adaptogens gave me energy faster. But now that I’m listening to you say the risk of that it’s more encouraging. For me to stay away from stimulators herbs and vitamins and just be patient and allow my adrenals to rest and heal….

All links of red meat to cancer and cardiovascular disease are based on faulty epidemiology studies. This is not considered science. It’s paid advertising for processed food companies and pharmaceutical/nutraceutical companies. There are no RCT studies showing red meat causes cancer or cardiovascular disease. There are many studies showing the opposite. What else is false information here? Rainbow of plants? Really? That was from advertising! No scientific basis. We don’t need any plant based toxins or so called nutrients which are actually toxins. If not then why are they metabolized quickly by our bodies? Why are all of the 111 autoimmune diseases resolved by avoidance of all plants by only eating beef?

Why are exercise, heat and cold considered hormesis and not simply stresses requiring a response?
@ws7001
@ws7001 10 күн бұрын
So how much cyanide is good for us? This entire theory of hormesis should be discarded. What occurs on and evolutionary time scale is not applicable for recommending “healthy “ poisons for our benefit. Unfortunately many have been brainwashed in the health field and led astray- hormesis, genetic theory of cancer, lipid causation theory of cardiovascular disease, etiology of diabetes and metabolic diseases, concept that high protein is bad for kidney disease ( red meat only diet cures most kidney diseases), bisphosphonates for low bone density (causes spiral fractures, just need high protein, boron, vitamin D,K2, short high impact exercise), statins (should never be used), etc Ketones help mitochondria as well as melatonin, low glucose, exercise, vitamin D, high protein, red meat!, avoiding plant based foods and associated toxins ( average plant eater consumes 1600mg daily of toxins, carcinogens, pesticides inherent in the vegetables, legumes, seeds,etc)

I have disabling migraine headaches - going on 62 years with them. I began taking nitric oxide and began having the headaches more frequently. I just had four attacks in nine days and am wiped out. I looked up migraines and nitric oxide and was very disappointed to find out that nitric oxide can cause migraines. Too bad because it seemed at first like the nitric oxide was giving me more energy.

I wasn't convinced at first, but watching how I blasted all over the "place" in less than a month was shocking, I used what I talked about the other day, and although it actually took about 5 weeks for my volume to double, I just go'ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and her reaction has been priceless!

Have fibromyalgia. Are they recommending Glutathione or not? Sounds like people are getting sicker from glutathione. Liposomal glutathione. Should we use it or not. SOunds like it causes all the symptoms we are trying to get rid of.

NO is a toxic poison. It will ultimately compromise the ability of cells to use O2, damage mitochondries irreversibly and metabolism will collapse. It will accumulate in the brain and lead to alzeimer and parkinson. Fake science about NO was pushed by pfizer while preparing for the blue pill. keep away from NO. If for your heart and arteries go full keto, Go for C02, methylene blue and red light 660nm for your health in general.
