Hi ..I am a tcs employee for the past 2 years..I am in my LWP..During the leave my phone got damaged and I bought a new phone..In my new phone I couldn't download ux apps and also ultimatix authenticator ..I forgot my password as well..I am very confused what to do ..I couldn't open any office related apps like outlook and teams..I couldn't contact anyone.. Please help me in solving the issue

I’m new to TCS and have been trying to log into the UX apps for the first time after installation. However, after entering my credentials, the app loads for a few minutes and then displays a "connection reset" error. I've reinstalled the app multiple times, but the issue persists. Could there be any additional settings I need to modify, apart from allowing downloads from unknown sources for the UX apps? Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Actually bruh in my ultimatix where there is select email there is and "!" Exclamatory mark show I can't see those options

I am unable to create NSR account because my phone number is not linked with Aadhar. It will take 7 days to link phone number with Aadhar. But I got an email from TCS asking to submit documents within 3 days. Will TCS allow me more time?? What to do?? Please help me.
