🎶 Golden Brown, texture like sun, lays me down, with my brain she runs. Throughout the night, no need to fight. Never a frown, with Golden Brown.....🎶

@laurencemasonsax Hi, this version of Golden Brown is VERY dreamy. The Stranglers, (British pop group) had their version too. But STILL dreamy and heart warming. Nina 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😄😄😄😄😄😴😴😴😴

Of course it’s a cover. And, of course it’s Brubeck. I should have gotten a clue from that 5/4 measure. Edit: oh, wiki says I’ve been duped. Still, would’a made sense, but, really: why?

You convinced a lot of people that the Stranglers ripped off/covered Brubeck. You mad chaos goblin of musical and editing talent, you.

All the subtle changes that merge in dissonance tweaks our souls in such a good way. I forgot about listening to the Brubeck Quartet. Thank you for this come back. It's been years but I need to go back there.

Very nearly caught me out, but for the drumming and sax playing being out of sync, very good though & love the piano arrangement 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The epitome of cool. No one in the UK is cool anymore. The cool is gone. Remember "Cool Britannia" The English came up with that phrase in the 90s. If you have to tell people you're cool, it means you're not. That's when the UK became passé. FREE THE OPPRESSED PEOPLES OF THE WORLD FROM THE ZIONIST COLONISERS ✊🏾

Wtf I'm so confused right now. Is this the original or not? But it's black and white and seems from the 50s I'm lost
@ShadowAngel-lt8nwКүн бұрын
It's fake, it's actually very obvious, despite being well made, but you can notice the footage looping in the beginning and the saxophone and drums being out of sync. Also the Stranglers wrote the song originally in 1981
