The worst part is social media you don’t need it . Secondly people buy junk because they see others have it ( social media) people feel distant at social gatherings why ? ( social media and tv shows have people stuck in a false reality…. If you can’t be happy alone .. you will never be happy .. I’d rather do everything I want alone instead of people being apart of it and me missing the things I would like to accomplish…

I don't know what just happened, but all of a sudden I felt incredibly distressed, I even started crying briefly. All out of nowhere. I'm being so serious right now. Idk what that was but I felt on the verge of something. I won't go making claims but could it have been something related to this?

My meditation was interrupted by...get this...an ad about Gaza relief. Are you kidding me? I'm meditating so I can stop spiraling about the state of the world, and this happens. Incredible.

Wow so profound, I spent 3 years trying, hoping someone would reciprocate and I finally opened the Box and said goodbye to her and her family, sad but there was nothing in the box all the time! Such is life and this too will pass🌠 thank you you're fantastic 🙏
