Now, why on God’s green earth would you be doing this to a frog? Why not tell your story and maybe use a drawing without putting a frog in harms way? Unbelievable, you are clueless.!!!

Am I the only one who can actually cry myself to sleep for several days in a row about a trivial thing stopping only when I actually forget what happened, then randomly remember that thing and go into another non-stop round of crying about it for another week until I forget again? Am I crazy for having emotions that never ever dim?

What could be the gradual exposure approach to someone who suffers from claustrophobia? I recently developed a fear of tight places, at the point that sometimes I dream about it and I woke up sweating and palpitations.

The story of the boiled frog is often cited by coaches, managers and conspiracy theorists. Does the frog really forget to jump or is this a Roll-Aid story? You put a frog in a pan of water on the stove. Slowly the temperature goes toward the boiling point and the frog is boiled alive because it would not sense the danger coming. According to biologists, this is a nonsense story. A healthy frog senses the change in temperature just fine and jumps out of the pan in time. In 1869, German scientist Friedrich Goltz thought it would be a good idea to strip a frog of its brain and put it in a pan of warming water. It did not jump out. A healthy frog did jump out of the pan onto the fire afterwards. It is a short story often used as a metaphor. The idea is that people do not or will not see that there is a great danger. Dark forces are slowly turning the thumbscrews and the masses do not see the disaster coming. Source(s): Wikipedia You can also kiss the frog.
