try finding 𝐙𝐢𝐩 aviation online and then you can schedule a tour. They have three different tours, this was the shortest one.

This was just a 12 minute ride and the total with fees was about $270. They have different ride together longer the car over $300. Check Zip Aviation; New York City.

Not sure of your location but I found your video right away because as it appears yours was the ONLY one in the bunch that was recently posted and looked anything remotely close to what I've been seeing the last couple of mornings in Southwestern Missouri at around about 6 a.m. and lasting about ten maybe fifteen minutes. I've seen it now a few times and am certainly curious what's causing it.
