This a great video. This is about a woman in charge. The following is about more women - in the workplace: kzbin.info/www/bejne/npOql4uOr8-BkM0 The real solution is to have the majority in parliaments being women. Australia had a woman Prime Minister in 2013 - but still the majorities in the federal, and state and territory legislatures were men. During that federal parliament the Sex Discrimination Act was amended so that the definintion of man and the definition of woman were removed and replaced with gender identity. This has had a negative effect on some women e.g. not being able to keep some of their business services for women only. It does not negatively effect men. The men who make up the majority numbers in parliments are not affected by laws that negatively have a impact on women as most of these issues they consider trivial. Not removing the Goods and Services Tax from sale of tampons is another example. Real and extensive benefical change will occur when not only are there women in charge but also when women have the numbers. Let's do it.
