The person who narrates this video is one confused or brainwashed idiot. Police have lost the public trust. Their job is not to protect people. It is to protect and defend the constitution of the USA and the state where they serve . They exist only to take . They take your time , freedom, or life . They are not your friends but ,enemies of the general public . Extortion and intimidation seem to be their mo. They always seek to be seen as heroes but could not be further from that.

Also you all forgot that leaders need to fair and treat everyone the same and not single out any individual or individuals that they feel should be in the know of what going on in the organization. Leaders should be able to talk about a problem in a one on one conversation not embarrass them in front of everyone c and gossip about it towards which that should be kept confidental and other to look at the individual or individuals differently. Example I had a young lady that was very argumentative in any organization and she was a leader. When a problem happen he intentions was to put the blame on me to prove something to expose me to others about my lack in leadership to try to make me out to be a bad person. When the issue was already handle and she couldn't let it go. She also went to tell others about it and she was the one in the wrong and didn't want to own up to the mistake she made. Its saying that goes young people with follow the path but they will end going the wrong way but its only up us older adults to turn them back around in the right direction. Coming together is the beginning, Keeping together is a progress and working together is a success. Together we can save each other in any organization.

1980 - a filipino navy recruiter had a child with a black woman. U.S intelligence monitored the behavior and dynamics of the couple's family. U.S Intelligence also had the each parent follow very specific instructions to influence a homicidal without physical confrontation by staging influential situations through the inner ear devices carefully followed by the many wearers. The agency later influenced the couples divorce and was inspired to form a project by taken the details and events that took place between the couple and then enable / influence those behaviors onto the child /adolescent who was defiled for Intelligence purposes. These tactics took place before the internet. U.S Intelligence then eavesdropped on many conversations and hacking to implement the "behavior modification project that was previously enabled for modification/ reprimand able purposes through abusive psychological approaches being carefully coordinated through U.S intelligence who previously attempted to homicide the child during their stay on Clark Airforce Base. Years of gathering personal information to attack reform modify a behavior that was purposely enabled for the agency to abuse the victim they wanted to murder previously overseas on Clark Airforce Base. U.S Intelligence instructed influenced the parents to have the child undergo a medical procedure so that the agency can spontaneously conduct a random sex change. The result would involve shock...... ( THIS IS THE HOMICIDAL TECHNIQUES BY OUR US INTELLIGENCE WHO STAGES YEARS OF EVENTS INFLUENTIAL SCENARIOS WHICH WOULD. BE EFFECTIVE IN PINPOINTING WAYS TO INFLICT PARANOIA, INSECURITIES AND INFERIORITY COMPLEX DUE TO INTELLIGENCE INVOLVEMENT AND ABUSE.) ***AGENCY BECOMES "ENABLER & REPRIMAND"****

Authoritarian leadership is recognised as the most powerful form of leadership. It is associated with organisational desires for control, influence and power in relation to the management of staff (people). In skilled hands authoritarian leadership can be highly effective when its use is not obvious to staff. However, there are much better methods of management and leadership to help your people succeed and acheive their best.

I have a question I can't seem to get an answer doing some research. Can an employer be selective in which employees in an office use time tracking software like timecamp? Does project management software need to be applied across all employees in a workplace ? I would imagine this would violate some kind of equal treatment laws no? Also, I'm not referring to time clocking software for paychecks. Specifically referring to project management software to monitor and streamline a company's efficiency.

Good decision making by managers is supported by good research skills including the use of recognised methods of enquiry. Also macro and micro level horizon scanning for the early identification of potential opportunities in support of the creation of competitive advantages. The development of strategic options (a key management skill) is another opportunity to support good decision making in a strategic management framework.

I agree with the fact that though ethics has been in the minds of many great thinkers, there has been little formal research on how ethics affect the success and failures of leadership, as well as how the behaviours from top-down management and control affected both corporations and society today. This is mainly because ethics used to be within the esoteric realm of great thinkers and philosophers throughout ancient to the early modern period, most of it was based on logical thinking or divine religious influence. It was not until the establishment of the United Nations in 1948 (after the world witnessed the abysmal horrors of the Holocaust during WW2 and the banality of the Nazi Third Reich) that ethics started to take off and became the main focus in both the academic and public eye, mainly fundamental human rights. When global warming became the hot peak topic during the 1970s, environmental conservation rights also were added in the topic of ethics in academic philosophy. Though this video does explain the contrast difference of codes of conduct vs codes of ethics, it does not elaborate how both these codes have their own advantages and disadvantages of addressing dilemmas (e.g. rules-based conduct codes cannot be applied to every situation, while ethics-based principles lack clarity and precision on how to deal with violations to ethics). The emphasis on how influence affects ethical leadership highlights how ethical relativism can affect the health of the people and the society they live in. It would be better if this video expands on the topic by listing what types of influences can affect the ethical thinking of future leadership (e.g. organizational influence, government and law, personal experience) As much as important it is for leaders to have a sense of empathy, caring and respect for their followers, keep in mind that ethics of caring is not the only type of character-based ethics, each of which can have their own pros and cons. For instance, ethics of care cannot deal with reconciliation rights, does not view the dilemma in a broader spectrum, and can be highly subjective depending on the morality of leadership itself ('gut feelings'), something which contradicts with the logical rationale reasoning in leadership. I do agree that ethics is something that should be taught and trained, because it takes more than being just a good person to be an ethical person. As mentioned before, prior influences from families, friends and life experience, as well as potential conflicts of interest, can further complicate rationale and moral thinking of management and leadership. Thus, it is important to implement special ethics programs to educate future leaders on how to deal with, resolve and promote ethics within the workplace and to the whole in society.

I can understand how the companies ass needs to be coveredbut, thats not going to help me or the situation even less employees behavior. Im dealing with a worker who basically is feeling this way now. This with only pointing out the behavior after many attempts on my part to get him to do what he is asked. He lies and makes up ecuses why hes not doing his Job correctly. Doesnt take responsibility for his actions or non actions and becomes angry and complains about the work being to much that hes not going to do anymore than what he feels he needs to do. Because he comes in at a later time he feels that someone should be covering his area until he arrives so that everything doesnt get backed up and having to do get it all done. 6.5 hours is more than enough time to do the work. When I have attempted to bring performance issue to his attention he becomes argumentative and has nothing but, excuses. When all I have said is make sure you wash the machine well, that no debri is left. His response was well if you dont think Im doing a good Job Ill just get off the machine, I said ok. He says it again , I said ok that fine. Thats up to you. The issue is you stile have to make sure that the machine is washed off throughly and no debri is left. The Moening shift said that the machine had not been washed of and who was the one that used the machine the day befor? It must of been someone on the night shift because i cleaned it . The night shift doesnt use the machine. I then follow uo with why didnt he help sweep before it was time to get on the machine? I dont know what he said. Basically because he was going to be on the machine. there was 30 minutes that he could have helped with sweeping. I was having to sweep the whole area alone. Then he tries his intimidating me again . Well I can get of the machine and you get on it. You can get off it thats up to you, If you dont want to do the machine dont. Im asking you about something that we discussed earlier and you didnt do what I aked. This has happened now several times! You dont want to drive the machine he asks , I dont know how yet. but when I do I will drive it.
