@juts89mj you'll catch some little guys but all the big catfish are guarding nest and won't eat until after the eggs hatch. Still fun catching the small ones tho

I love to hear stuff like this! That's actually the reason I started making videos. I've always wanted to be a fishing guide but can't afford the start up cost. So I figured I'd try to help other people catch fish a different way. Keep after it and they will only get bigger💪

It's going to vary state by state, I am in missouri and it's perfectly legal here.

Shad is my favorite bait for sure

I love using shad it's just difficult to get without having a boat, and I won't use frozen baits. When I find shad you best believe I'm throwing my net. Another downside to shad is when I am fishing a spot that requires a hard cast them things are so fragile they fly off the hook alot lol

Yeah but in order to catch and keep a bluegill legally it has to meet a certain required size. Catching them this small and keeping them is illegal in alot of states. Know your states laws b4 you go doing this and come across DNR.

I'm in missouri there is no size restrictions on bluegill caught on a pole and line.
