Very very late to the party..learned about Louis.a few months ago, .from the BBC The one show when he sang walls..from a few years back. Which lead me to your amazing video thks….just loved the happy face smiling Louis when he heard Harry change the lyric, each time , to a love you made with me…not made me feel. Bonus Louis singing I have loved you since we were 16.. Did not know he had changed the lyrics from walls, of man to friend + was curious about who he was looking up to. I loved the lyrics and then wanted to know about any other songs he had written.Bam..oh he was in one direction…oh the lyrics to Long way down are amazing…maybe it’s my age, double that of louis’s age..but um….Steal my girl..couple billion in the whole wide world, that’s gotta be about a couple who have a billion girls interested in them right ! Plus the song Rock me seems obvious also. In summer 09 isn’t that the year when Harry + Louis met at a battle of the bands + the tweet about lost the competition but snogging with the singer who did win To me it just it’s just obvious…obviously lol. As are a few of the other 1D songs lyrics I randomly chose to listen that Louis or Harry wrote. Loved Walls, gonna listen to FiTF again and then listen to HS1 , Fine Lines and Harry’s House While wondering if he will also be sharing his feeling of feeling confused, hurt sad, lonely, love sick etc on HS1 and how, if at all, keeping an open mind, if it has any connection to LT album released later..um.”.I know you left a part of you in New York under your bed in a box” Yet Harry would have to have been in a relation ship that made him have these emotions right ( I do remember hearing his song Falling on the radio a lot and The two of us) but he had no time because of the tight touring schedule so…..maybe I’m already leaning into a certain way of thinking just from the lyrics of Walls Got a bit of catching up to do of listening to Harry's music, no offence to the other 1D guys, will get to their music as well. All the fetus Larry vids popped up..oh it’s the more private moments on camera that well….in my opinion show two teenage aged young people falling in love..awesome..Great if they were able to grow + deal with all the pressure + choices etc etc and stay together. But if not, hope they figured out how to have a healthy friendship. Kinda hard when so many are trying to “ find out “ Is it not best to support them as the solo artist they are now. They give so much…having their private life be private and be with who ever their partner may be…stays private . I don’t no who the guy is getting out of the car after Louis at the All of Those Voices LA premier (still gotta watch) with long sleeve white top, off to the right of the screen, seems like trying to stay out of being on camara. Same guy at Rolling stone red carpet, hovering behind Louis and same guy walking in front of Louis ( they were the only two holding a cup with beer I assume) at the soccer finals, while he was chatting with Prince William. It was a random bit from Louis’s behind the scenes, the 1st and only one I watched off + on, of Latin America I think. His band was on the stage and Louis was just about to go on stage, there were 3 people in a line, he did a fist pump to an obvious security guard, then he did a fist pump to the 2 nd guy, (this same guy !), but Louis then brought his fist to his mouth, which is what made me pay attention. Then he did a regular fist pump to the 3 rd guy, who is his security Guess I got some catching up to do. Tho I also saw Theo Hutchcraft ( from the band Hurts, who wrote songs with Louis on FITF)with Louis on the red carpet for All of those voices. Then I saw a pic of Harry’s trainer Brad Gould, just showing his tattoos on his right arm, which included a triangle. With all the music industry crap, stunts, beards erc etc and a talented artist not being allowed to be who they are or while being so young and still figuring out, as is normal for young people….is just sad sad sad. I remember some of what George Michael went thru.. his Label was gonna out him as a way to control him, so he did it himself He did an interview a while after the whole public bath rm incident, ( had it been a famous man with a women making out or a famous women making out with a man in a public bath room in a park, it would have had the opposite reaction right!!) he was very very wary of interviewers at this time. He didn’t do a great job of explaining cruising, while being in a committed long term relationship with his boyfriend, who was aware of him cruising. But then again, just gotta look at the fashion of the hair bands in the. 80’s to realize how Harry dresses is not odd.The album cover .Look What The Cat Dragged in by the band Poison, comes to mind.Why can’t artists express themselves how ever they want with out it becoming a “ thing” Robert Plant from Led Zeppelin ( my favorite band) was always wearing women’s tops on stage. So did Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stoned, no one made it become a ‘ thing. “. What a person wears or who they sleep with should not be a “ thing” it should be about the music they are creating for all of us to listen to right BUT above all, love both for who they are now, no longer those teenage boys We can all show our love and appreciation by buying their music, their products ( clothing etc) and being at their concerts + festivals. Plus if every person from every town and every country who loves LT music, can get more radio stations to not only play more of his music but also keep his songs in rotation..Wouldn’t that be great if Louis could get more of the recognition he deserves as an artist and as a song writer !!!! YET shouldn’t we, why can’t we ALL not only give them the respect to their private life and hope they can both find a way to feel comfortable enough to be in public with the person they love and who ever they are friends with. AND not feel the pressure of all the fans that continue to ‘ ship ( I think is the term used) yes maybe less content for vids trying to catch them together etc etc, but isn’t it about being a fan of their music from their 1D years and as the solo artist they are now and who they are now as individuals, men in there 30’s The 1D fan base has gotten older and can now be more aware how honest and telling the lyrics of the songs written by Harry and Louis while in 1D were. ! Darn didn’t realize I had rambled on so so much, even tho I have a lot less knowledge then the Directioners and the Louies. Oh well Louis lyrics of Walls is where I started..the rest well…some bits are very telling, only because they were living a life in front of a camera. it’s his amazing song writing ability and the honesty and the uniqueness of his lyrics, that will keep me listening to his songs and looking forwards to his next album. There are soo many love songs and break up songs and you done me wrong/ dirty and..I figured it out, learned what I needed to and am getting over you songs and the I figured it out, got thru to the other side of us and am feeling happy again songs Yet the norm still is a guy singing about a girl and a girl singing about a boy. Louis managed to break thru the glass ceiling of that with his amazing lyrics , and with a record label behind him . Hopefully we will see a rested Louis ( Those back to back tours + festivals, must have been very very draining on him physically, mentally…even with all the love and support he was shown at all of his shows and on his vocals. Hey Niall share some of your skin care routine with your mate Louis K) A more smiley Louis , with a bit more pep in his step, like I saw in a 1D video from I think was in 2015, no Zayn on stage) . Oh oh oh the harmony of the 4 of then singing. Spaces was amazing !!! and those lyrics !!! A happy and rested Louis is a joy to see and hear,. verses a getting burned out Louis, all tho all his fans showed their love and appreciate of him him regardless, even when he is a bit more moody, . Possible he will feel more comfortable in the future to acknowledge more of the signs of the fans, without it messing him up with the lyrics. Take a little break, as the boys did back in the 1D and have more fan interaction, other then at the barricade at the end of his show and acknowledging those fans also, Rambling done, tho it’s an old post from their last show + I am old. Lol i am so glad I stumbled on the BBC The One Show of LT singing walls. I have two new great albums of his to listen to and fits in with my..more alternative rock
