@nicbartolotta2355
@nicbartolotta2355 10 күн бұрын
Good hydration is typically one fluid ounce of water per pound of bodyweight. Keeping your muscles and body hydrated will allow you to exercise and stretch without causing as much inflammation or trauma. There is a lot more to getting well than just drinking water, but it’s something that is very controllable immediately. Hope that explanation helps.

I can't believe it's actually worked! I have SI joint dysfunction with rotated hips so pain is an everyday friend. Yesterday my right hip went out more than usual and I've been in much pain since. I'm not cured, obviously, but knowing this can give at least temporary relief is big. And I heard the pop! I never hear any pops anywhere where they say I should, but this time I did 😀 I used a rolling pin, probably not as good, but it did the job. Thank you!

It worked for me. Nothing is ever a guarantee that it will cure everyone, but if you stay with it and give it time, I would be shocked if this didn't help most sufferers who do these exercises. Getting into resistance stretching was the best thing I ever did. I think most people are looking for an overnight cure.

I would follow them the first time, during the pandemic. I had a back issues, which was more debilitating than this. But this cpps changes your personality, its horrible and its hard to do things in pain 24/7. If you have ed or just hf from this your blessed!

I just got mine from Amazon today, it’s amazing, my forearms have not felt this “loose” in years. Thanks for making such a great product (though I think the “finish” of it could be improved a little, especially taking into account the price point). But the thing works very well, so the finish is less important, assuming it holds up.

I have been on methadone for many years. I have started the DCT program. I have noticed big changes in my muscle tissue. The pain has shifted from the perinium area to the left leg and the stomach. Nic are you sure that it is impossible to kick pelvic pain with opiates / opioids? I do not suffer from constipation at all. I am trying to lower my dose each week with 1 mg. I'm down to 25 mg per day right now. I was sweating a lot more when on a higher dose, so I can understand the dehydration argument. However I do not have that problem no more.
@nicbartolotta2355
@nicbartolotta2355 6 ай бұрын
Hi Holger. I’m so glad to hear you were seeing results. Different is always good, it means that you’re changing your posture and fundamentally changing the muscles and connective tissue in your body. As for your question about opiates, I should clarify that statement. I do believe it is impossible to kick pelvic pain if you are abusing, opiates, like heroin, oxy, Cotton, fentanyl, or even Vicodin. Methadone on the other hand is an opiate that’s used to stabilize and fill your receptor sites for opiates, and is very different than abusing high doses of illicit opiates on the market. The purpose of methadone is to reduce the need for excessive amounts of the highly addictive opiates. Unlike a normal opiate addiction you will maintain a stable dosage of methadone. When I have had patients who are addicted to heroin or OxyContin. There is no stable dosage. They are always increasing the dosage to the point that they have completely destroyed their ability to feel what’s going on in their bodies. The increasing opiate addiction leads to severe constipation and other gut problems that will exacerbate pelvic pain symptoms. So answer your question I believe that you can overcome pelvic pain if you are using substances like Suboxone or methadone, which are technically opiates. Mainly because you are maintaining a dosage or reducing your dosage overtime in fact, I worked at a pain management and eating disorder clinic for over 10 years. And DCT was helpful to many patient struggling with opiate addiction to help them. Decrease the dosage of their pain medication. You start working the muscles this way, you are changing the pain patterns and your bodies response to physical sensation. You can replace your need for pain medication by giving yourself physical relief from the stretching. I apologize for not explaining this more accurately in the video. Thank you so much for the question because I don’t want to scare people away from getting better if they feel like they can’t get off of opiates methadone is saving your life by dumping down the intense, addictive urge for strong opiates. If you stick with the program, not only can you beat Pelvic Pain , but with proper medical supervision, you could reduce or eliminate your need for methadone one day. However, do not try to quit methadone and beat pelvic pain at the same time. Focus on eliminating your pelvic pain by fixing your posture and learn how to make yourself feel the endorphins and good sensations from your stretching sessions. The rest will handle itself. again thank you so much for the question.

Hi Josh, I’m a physical therapist, and I spent more than 20 years perfecting the system of flexibility training. I offer the year long course for roughly the cost of what you would pay to see if pelvic pain physical therapist two times in their clinic. I do this because I know that people are suffering and I want to offer an alternative that doesn’t drain you of all your money. However, while I understand your sentiment, it is a little offensive. Would you go to a brain surgeon and tell him that he’s trying to steal your money because he won’t take your brain tumor out for free? That attitude makes it so people who could really benefit from this course, have doubt based on an irrational belief system. I don’t appreciate your comment, and I’m sorry if you’re the one in pain. But I am confident in the results that my course gives and has given thousands of people who are willing to pay and commit themselves to the program. The information in these videos is extremely valuable and important. If you were going to understand how you got pelvic pain and what category you fall into so that you can do the proper recovery. I hope that answers your question.

I think my hard flaccid is caused by may thurner syndrome. I have varicocele because of may thurner syndrome. hard flaccid, pelvic pain, inguinal hernia.. I have had iliac stent placemenet surgery. and they embolized my left side varicocele. (I have also right side too but it is 2.6 mm and doctor told me he can't do double embolization) stent definitely changed my blood flow. I don't have reflux anymore. but my penis didn't recovered. it has been 2 months. my pain in testicles and abdominal area started to improve after 6 weeks. my libido was amazing between day 5-18 but it was gone after that. I couldn't stop masturbating during that time. then my libido and erections came back but now after masturbating twice a day, it is gone again. because I have hard flaccid worse than ever. I have morning wood but ı don't feel proper blood flow during the day. my penis is rubbery, it is very fragile, I cant even shake it after peeing. it is very soft but long. slightly hourglassing, tons of veins, numbness in certain areas etc... my veins are still rewiring. my testicle pain is almost gone but I have still slight abdominal pain. is it possible that once my recovery is complete, hard flaccid will go away completely? is it possible that after veins are completely heal, pudendal nerve and muscles will relax with time? I am afraid that I harmed my dorsal vein or pudendal nerves. I don't know if I permanently damaged it or not. I hope that's not the case. I don't want to have pudendal nerve surgery nor I have money for it. also I am on blood thinners. so I have had wounds in my penis because of masturbation. it is easily getting wounded when I touch it because of blood thinners. they made me very fragile to trauma. so I started nofap. maybe after I stop blood thinners my body can heal the trauma I don't know. but I feel like it is unrelated. I saved this video and watch it later. but I wanted to ask right away. will I be ok in 6-12 months once my veins complete its recovery? or will I need another surgery ot another thing to solve?

Hi. I have may thurner syndrome. I had surgery and they put a stent in my iliac vein to restore blood flow to my heart. there was blood pooling in my testicular veins. so I feel like my problem was vascular. I still have hard flaccid and penile/testicle pain. however, it has been only 2 days. so I feel like since now blood flow is restored, maybe body is trying to get back to its normal stage. do u think I can be recovered in couple weeks or months since my blood flow in my iliac vein is restored? thank u.

After masturbating, I experienced pain in my penis, ranging from moderate to severe. I lost complete erection, and my penis became semi-hard when flaccid and shrunk. After that, the pain began to decrease and a partial erection occurred. I was afraid of losing sexual ability, so I masturbated again to try it, so the pain returned and my penis shrunk. It becomes stiff and I feel pain like a pinprick in the head of the penis and the urethra, and I also have a burning sensation in my urine.. Are these the symptoms of HF? Can I recover? I am very worried and afraid 😭 Are there people with whom the same condition occurred and who were cured? If anyone has recovered, please reply to my comment

Please, everyone with hard flaccid read this: Dr. Irwin Goldstein discovered that hard flaccid is actually caused by a pathological activation of the hypogastric nerve that is itself caused by an injury to the pudendal nerve (caused by rough masturbation / jelqing). The root cause is NOT biomechanical; it is a nerve injury and needs to be treated as such by a neurologist! Don't waste thousands of dollars on physical therapy and biomechanical therapy! Dr. Goldstein published a scientific paper about it on the American Urological Association website: "Hard Flaccid Syndrome Proposed to Be Secondary to Pathological Activation of a Pelvic/Pudendal-Hypogastric Reflex". Please spread this news around and show it to doctors!

I had been suffering from a condition called Hard Flaccid for over a month. I believe it was caused by using a tight condom during intercourse that lasted for 45 minutes to an hour. Additionally, the frequency of having sex every day for the past 7 months since my marriage, sometimes up to 4 times a day, could have contributed to it. It is also possible that nutritional deficiencies due to excessive sexual activity played a role. One night, after using a condom during sex, I felt a slight numbness in my penis, as if I had lost sensation in a limb. The next morning, my flaccid penis was significantly smaller than usual, and I experienced erectile dysfunction every day since then. I consulted a doctor who suggested taking multivitamins containing zinc, magnesium, Vitamin D, and melatonin for sleep. I diligently took these supplements for a month. Initially, I couldn't feel anything in my penis, but as days went by, I started experiencing numbness and a cold sensation. My scrotum also felt drained and shrunken. I noticed that my flaccid penis became less sensitive and hard to touch, with no sensation when pinched. It was during this time that I learned about Hard Flaccid Syndrome. Surprisingly, I felt some relaxation in my penis when urinating, possibly due to the warmth of the urine, which gave me hope. Occasionally, I would feel anxious, but the melatonin tablets helped me improve my sleep. I also experienced symptoms like constipation and loss of sensation in my lower abdomen. I sought the advice of a urologist who found no physical issues and suggested that it might be psychological. However, I knew for certain that it was not solely a mental problem, even though I was going through a challenging period in my life. I tried watching videos on pelvic muscle relaxation and practiced it for a few days, which helped me relax my penis temporarily, but it would return to a hard flaccid state when touched. Later, I read somewhere that aerobic exercise could alleviate the problem. I started jogging for a few days and immediately noticed a change in my body. I wish I had known about this earlier during my suffering because cardio exercise significantly helped me regain my erections. After about a week of jogging, I regained sensation and my sex life returned to normal. I even noticed an increase in both girth and length of my penis after recovering from the condition. It was a rewarding outcome after a month-long struggle. Gradually, I resumed sexual activity, approaching it as one would approach any new sport. From my understanding of this syndrome, our bodies have a remarkable ability to heal themselves, and the condition was our body's way of recovering and strengthening after an injury. It suppresses sexual urges for an extended period to allow for a full and robust recovery. Therefore, my advice to anyone facing this problem is to be patient with your body, engage in cardio exercises, eat nutritious food, and take your vitamins. You will witness a complete recovery. Thank you, cardio!
