Denke kaum das dies in Düsseldorf Heerdt ist wo ich meine Ausbildung von 1992-1996 hatte als Industriemechaniker Fachrichtung Maschinen und Systemtechniker. Aber das ist ja nein kleine Maschine kenne die eigentlich nur eher dreimal so groß und bis gerade unters Dach.

Hello, that is a nice machine! I have a RNC 5. I see that your lathe have a tool settet probe. How do you open the tool setter arm? I have trouble using mine. Do you use an M code for it? I would appreciate any help. Thank you in advance!

Hello, normaly i think it must be an M Function..... have you found it in your Manual? I have a RNC 4 but without a tool probe..... Best Regards Andreas Harl

@@andreasharl4924 Thank you for the reply! I solved the problem. Yes, there is an M function. For a hydraulic probe it's M75 to open and M76 to close. In my case it turned out that it is a manual probe and it was stuck. I suppose because it was not used in long time. After some persuasion by tapping on the base I got it open. Enjoy the day!

Hello! Can you please say, did you have any problems with hydrostatic guideway? I think to buy used dnc5 but afraid of problems with repairing it because living not in EU...

@@user-pq8fg8pq6q you have normaly less problems with the hydrostatic guideways and you can check it really simple..... IT's important to check the hydraulicfluid to be Sure that the Oil have no water in it..... but normaly this kinde of machine is like a Tank.....
