Love this home but hate the location because I don't ski, however I could see it as a vacation home May through October and then rent it out the other 6 months for skiers 👍

The reason I didn’t like it. Well, I did like it was a drawback is I’m way too close to the neighbors. I can open up my window and knock on my neighbors front door. That’s too close even if I could see my neighbors it’s too close and the spoils, the whole look of the property when you get your neighbors right on top of you, but that’s just my opinion.

not worth $40M but if you got any kinda close of that sum of money as % of funds - likely not too worried as its probably purchased for a niece or nephew Kardashian, Meagan like actress with no ceiling of consciousness of value of money; BIT "con" too da moon! Meanwhile those 8 Mexicans that built that walked away will a cool $20,000 each in their pockets for their 5000 hours each worth of work.
