@@theirishone1339 Great question sir It’s so hard to locating them sometime when you fishing new area and big river like this , just have to kind start looking for moment water and bend and and deeper pocket surround thing and hoping for the best sir , it’s lot of casting from spot to spot . It’s kind hoping for the luck of the day , every spot you going to try just to make sure use a bait that the fish like to eat and kept changing your bait , lures till you figured out what they want to eat , that the only thing I alway do when I fish the new area ,

My dad & I tried trolling for specks today we caught 7 keepers. We use Mirrolure that sink with a b-2 3inch chartreuse or hot pink. As a trailer behind the lure. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain recently the water is dirty & the salt pushed out from 12 inches of rain. Just keep trying. Say what kind of suspending lure you using. I think it’s one that rattles. Just curious?…
