I’m making fatcakes for the first time and decided to try this flour I'm concerned that the 750g of water specified in the recipe might be too high, considering the dough becomes moist and couldn't be kneaded effectively. Should I adjust the water quantity? Ended up with a flour mess that looks like mud. Back to the drawing board 😢 And also is there a bit of sugar in the easy mix flour? Or it’s just flour and yeast?

this video does not indicate quantities and my packet got torn so I can not see how much of what to mix together, very frustrating!!
