I would definitely NOT call this powder a foundation. It has pretty much zero coverage. However, it is superb for using on top of blusher to blur it in and add a bit of glow. I tried it buffed all over my face and looked like a disco ball

Hey! It does have a raised part around the eyes which does leave a slight mark right after use, but I don't find it uncomfortable and use it everyday. I hope that helps and thank you for watching!
