Can a private combined candidate from the Punjab board (matriculation and intermediate) apply for Pakistan Army, Navy, or Air Force? If they had done their matric at 19 and intermediate at 20. If he/she had gap years because of family reasons. Are they eligible, and do they have to surrender other nationalities (Canadian, German, or Swiss)?
