Are you using Microsoft’s “cloud flare”because I unable to view your website or. Log and have found the past year or two that they block many from websites if people use them. I think I can search how to breathe but it looks like you’re breathing out while pressing yiur diaphragm out right? Thanks for sharing !

How much salt needed
@jeevanandhamm508414 күн бұрын
I boiled the water and let it cool down and later I added the salt. Is it wrong? I already used the solution. However, not fully. Only 5% of the jar. After that, I poured the remaining solution into the sink. I have some pain under the ear lobes. I forgot to breathe through the mouth. Anything wrong? By the way, what about the amebia? Will it enter the brain?

I am so glad i found this video, thanks. I practice Yoga asanas and got very curious about more challanging asanas which led me into prepariing my body my mind and spirit for these moves and realise Yoga is not just asanas, it feels like the vehicle one can drive to wherever they wants to travel. I Appreciate more insights from the tradition. Thanks

Uhm, thank you for the episode, but I don't see how these tips are applicable in modern life, except for someone who is only working part-time (or not at all), from home and/or has a cooking servant. Warm food three times a day without pre-cooking and putting it in the fridge? Especially, if the recommended food is rice and lentils - so I should cook one portion of lentils fresh every day, or even multiple times a day? I can't spend two hours every day cooking. I also can't buy freshly cooked food from takeaways, partly because many use additives and partly because they also heavily rely on pre-cooking and cooling. Also, food in the fridge loses prana, but powdered leafy veggies are good? Shock-freezing for example preserves most vitamins, but after drying and grounding green leaves you are left with fibers, so this is a bit strange. Maybe I misunderstood something, and I'm not a food expert (let alone Ayurvedic expert), but I'm puzzled about how to apply these suggestions for me.

Thank you Arundhati! Tomorrow I will give my first lesson and am very nervous. I kept it simple, but have to admit i haven't put a check on all your cheatlist points. I will most definitely go over it in these days to refine my class. Thank you for all your worthy content.

interesting. I learned this as a kid, but mum never told me about the kapalabhati breathing after. which would have probably helped with the post neti drainage...
