This is a great example of Jeff Pocaro's great feeling for a song. Its recorded in 5/8 & 9/8. Nick couldn't get the time signatures down, so they gave the song to Jeff a try and he did it!

Old whiskey barrels were reused to store cider, which roughly has the alcoholic level of beer or wine. Of course whiskey is a lot stronger, and seeped from the barrel itself into the cider. When folks bought cider in the much larger amount than you would whiskey, and of course you don't know how drunk you are until you move your ass
