I’m glad I found this. I’m embarking on my own mental health podcast for the black community. This has given me a lot of hope and has taught me a lot already. Hope one day my podcast will just as impactful

No its not ,it ruined one fucking year of studies for me ,because it did the exact OPPOSITE ,it decreased my attention span drastically and it makes me feel sadder, but im still playing games cause its my CRACK(and not in a good way)

Why do bw feel they have so much trauma.... our families that were slaves had it way worse and they weren't free.... now bw have freedom but can't cope with being free smh
