I really enjoyed this episode and needed to hear this. The part about keeping a full calendar and feeling guilty about taking any rest or downtime deeply resonated with me. I've been losing weight due to stress and skipping meals because of my schedule, yet I keep adding things. I'm taking this as a sign to apply some of these techniques. My self-care is important to me, so I'm going to try scheduling an hour of downtime each day and maybe even a half-day to rest. Easier said than done!
