You know I have resisted you for years…. But as I try to create a new life from 34 years marriage to a narcissist…. And yes everyone understands him as such…. And it’s legal divorce which I took very little in order to live…but he knocked on my door 2 states away… not even my 3 children (in their 30s) know where I live…..

9:30 Almost all pain you're ever going to feel in your life all starts with a *feeling of loss.* You can only ever feel loss if you *perceive it* to be a loss. 14:40 Most upsets are about expectations that aren't met 19:38 In any communication with another human being, when you get a response from someone, *that response is either a loving response or a cry for help.* 22:28 The reason people become depressed is because they feel like they are not in control. They're not able to communicate and get control of their life. A lot of times depression is directly related to the fact that they kept this anger inside and these upsets, and they haven't expressed them and they become depressed. If ever someone gives you a cry for help, you give them a loving response. *"I hear you, I appreciate you, I love you. That's not my intent. How can we make this work? I'm willing to make this work. Thanks for sharing your real feelings with me. Let's do it, what do we need to do to make it work? How can I make you feel better? Because I'm committed to that. How can I make you feel better because I love you. I'm willing to do it, what is it going to take?" YOU REMEMBER IT. YOU USE IT. YOU MAKE IT WORK.* 1:11:14 A coward dies 1,000 deaths, a courageous man or woman only once.

I hope to one day be as blissfully unaware of others as Tony, because I’ve been intentionally disrespected and it never occurred to me to think it was anything other than that person going out of their way to make sure I knew that lacked alll respect for me.

I love the way this guy speaks, and while some of it goes a bit quick for me to absorb, there is also a heck of a lot that resonates with me in a real way. It is really life-changing when your perspective on things is changed.

I feel the same way. To get a message out. Also giving credit to whom it came from. I always start my tools, spiritually, with nothing I say is original. I was taught this by many speakers I have MT on my journey. Ex 12 step program,HenryDrumand,Emerson Walks, Emit fox sermon on the mount,Course in Miracles, laws of attraction.I also WA wondering if I could use some of his coaching. Can someone explain what the bottom 2 paragraphs mean? Thank You. Tony you have a wonderful gift,an amazing delivery. You have found your purpose. I truly believe whoever is watching this is not a coincidence. Just another level of wisdom, love ,forgiveness... Ready for the next level of spirituality. Giving and loving so much more. Thank You you are amazing Tony
