Thank you so much for this video. Please, which of the stabilizer do you think is better to use when producing a Greek for parfait? Another question, is there a need to strain the whey of the Greek yogurt after adding stabilizer?

Good Morning, I prefer Agar Agar. If the Yogurt is thick enough for you then you don't need to strain but it isn't called Greek yogurt.

Hello ma,what other culture can I use and is it compulsory to add jam or any other product beneath the yoghurt before fermenting

It is not compulsory to add jam beneath your yogurt. There are also many cultures you can use out there. Danisco, chr hansen, bulgaricus. You just need to know how to use them
