One of my favorite PTV songs. And I don’t even know why. It’s just mysterious lyrics and legendary instrumentals

Tyler described the song as a letter to Ohio Always wanted to them to do a song for Ohio or Columbus so love it

A couple fun facts about this: the song itself is a love letter from them to Ohio. The guy on the bench is Josh's brother, and Jenna's appearance was originally supposed to be Josh's wife, Debby Ryan, but she had a scheduling conflict. The ice on the lake broke up the dat after they filmed the music video 😂

*Apologize* consider a working relationship... you come back from working remotely and things that should have been done while you were gone are not... instead everything is a huge disorganized mess that you now have to clean up and deal with... and those at fault keep saying it isn't their fault... yeah... "its not your fault?? it was your job!" so you're holding back to maintain composure and professionalism but you are still seething underneath... like "I hope you know; this smile is just for show." from another of their (older) tracks 😜 *Animosity* TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA

*Escapism* DPA/TW says this is "A song about unhealthy coping mechanisms. Escaping into your brain to avoid reality." i feel that so very deeply in numerous ways... burying myself in music, digging into computer code for days, playing a game... yeah... "its the hope that kills you"... yeah... if you don't hope for something, you won't be hurt when it doesn't happen/appear... that one lyric says a lot! 🤯 when i say "deeply" above, i cannot even begin to describe how _deep_ this track resonates with me... Queens of Rock. Burying their childhood demons( nay sayers and haters)with their present day music. Makes me feel Hinder or Nickelback maybe it was Seether. Either way, deja vu, I've felt those vibes before, cool. Best video, sure.

Queens of Rock. Been waiting on this song but lost to Consume and Sharks, of the 6 new songs, but Pau's scream, and Dany's whisper and bang, love it.

Queens of Rock. My favorite of the 6 new 6. Yes it beat out Sharks, and both bang but that groove won me over and Dany's solo.

You'll notice a lot of themes about backsliding, loops and cycles, etc on this album, specifically in Routines in the Night, Vignette, and Snap Back. Also, I think you missed the part at the end of the video, this one was directed by Josh!

A carefully placed [meaningful] cuss has far more effect - especially when it is out of character. Me thinks the 'girls' are all growed-up!

Review the album and if you begin to have The Warning withdrawal symptoms again let me suggest the second Allison Hagendorf interview followed by The Ones to Watch interview. Really fun and fresher questions.

*Consume* one thing i like about this track is the first time they say "you greedy little..." whereas the 2nd time is "now i've become the greedy little..." yeah... they're talking about the loop of consumption... we consume their art, they consume others' art, take inspiration from it, and use that in their art which we consume more of and around the loop we go again and again and again... then there's the part about being the driver of the machine you are forcing me to become... makes me think of labels, TV, and even like modeling careers... how they (try to) shape artists to be a certain way and all that... remember the phrase, "sex sells"... reading the lyrics of this and the other six new tracks, one can definitely pick out another overall story line behind each of the tracks on the album... the arrangement/ordering of the tracks also contributes the story and how it is being told... But now you get to go listen to it on repeat as often as you wish, now that you've saved all of them for reaction content :) I strongly encourage you to sit down with it, start at the beginning, and listen to it in its entirety, as all of the tracks just grow in strength within the context of the overall album as a complete work. Album review: of course!

Thought you'd luv Sharks. At some point go watch their origin 2014 ages 14,12,9 Enter Sandman cover. Then watch the full circle moment when they covered Enter Sandman for Metallica's Blacklist album, but totally rearranged the music - brilliantly. Watch the live version from their Teatro Metropolitan CDMX concert (and then check out the rest of that incredible concert)
