I have a minor meniscus tear whcih unfortunately i had treated by a chiropractor and a phyisostherapist to no avail. Wish i had watceded this video and saved thousands of dollars. I am getting a quarter zone injection in a few days - hope it works

I’m 25 years old, and I went blind about six years ago. I then had to start using walkers and wheelchairs about four years ago. Trying to find accessible workout routines is extremely difficult! I love how slow you take each exercise, it gives me time to balance or sit down if needed. And all of the descriptions make it so that I can visualize what I’m supposed to be doing, and hopefully I’m following along ha ha. Love this workout! Thank you so much

I was not diagnosed as having a meniscus tear but I do have symptoms and swollen lump on the side of my knee. I slammed into a small metal gas cylinder in my kitchen as I turned injuring my knees and fell on the floor on my knees and elbows injuring my knees twice in less than a minute. X-rays, MRI and quite concerned about getting better. Thank you

When you have a torn meniscus, it’s torn forever and cannot be healed. The only thing a doctor can do is arthroscopic surgery to remove any damaged and hanging tissue, that’s it.

Ive never been overweight until i had 3 heart surgeries and a hernia surgery when i was 67. I am now 69 and am having trouble losing. I am limited in my movements etc..is there a good diet and some kind of non- stress excercize i can do?
