Both singles have promised us a monumental piece of music, and both pieces truly allowed us a glimpse into the artistic puzzle you've given us. Right now, I think I have listened to the whole creation at least five times already, from the opening, to the spectacular finish. Every note and sound are exactly where they should be, and together with your mesmerizing second rendition of Les chants de Maldoror, they make a generational album - the one that sets the standards, the one that pushes the boundaries, and leaves an unquestionable mark upon the musical world. I think I speak for the most of us when I say - thank you for sharing this captivating piece of art, it is truly a great pleasure to co-exist in the same timeline as Schammasch, and watch you create this in real time. 🖤

Goddammit this is all I have hoped for. Your _Hermaphrodite_ made me read Lautréamont and I’ve been waiting for a new Maldoror chant of yours ever since. Seeing you interpret Lautréamont, I even believed to notice some of his influence elsewhere, especially on _In Dialogue with Death_ … no quotes, I think, just the type of poetry and the choice of words. Incredibly inspiring.

По мне этот альбом уступает предыдущим альбомам группы звучание на новом альбоме стало слишком мелодичным и особо нет запоминающихся вещей со времен эпохального альбома Triangle! Увы я разочарован!
