21 DAYS TO BUILD A HABIT IS BS! 🚨 Yes, you read that right-it's not true! Building a habit doesn't start with 21 days of effort; it starts with a single decision made in a split second. You may see some results after 21 days, but the truth is the habit begins the moment you decide to make a change. Instead of waiting 21 days, focus on the immediate future. Try committing to just two days at a time. For example, go to the gym for two days, then decide on the second day if you want to continue for another two days. When you focus on the near future, you'll begin to notice results faster than you think!

Your child needs to watch this video! Okay, before anyone comments-yes, I know the projector light is on my face-but that's not the focus here. With school starting again, this is perfect for students. I don’t know about you, but I used to dread math class; it was never my strong suit. As a kid, I would often say, "Math is hard." Sound familiar? But here’s a new perspective that you or your child can try out: It’s not actually hard-it’s just harder than you'd like it to be. When we label something as "hard," like math in this case, we create a bigger mental barrier for ourselves. It feels more daunting, more difficult to overcome. But if we shift our thinking to "it's harder than I'd like it to be," we open up space to tackle the challenge and grow from it.

HOW TO NOT GET ANNOYED BY PEOPLE ❌🙄 We all have one or two people that drives us a little crazy. And not being annoyed by people is something more people need to work on Well, have you ever thought of this - Maybe instead of being annoyed with them Maybe you’re annoyed that you would think they would do something different. I’ll let you in on a HIT secret… People work perfectly! That’s right, people work perfectly with what they’ve got. By accepting that people work as perfect, you release yourself from so much stress and annoyance! Try this belief out

Never let a NO stop you from getting a sale EVER again! ❌💵 The majority of the time, when you ask someone a yes or no question, you’ll get the answer, “No” 🚫 So instead of coming off as pushy or determined to get a “Yes,” - change your question to this ➡️ “If I could show you a way to [Insert your company’s benefits], is there any reason you wouldn’t want to meet and talk about it?” Saying this gives them the no they want to say, but really, they’re saying yes! You’ve just turned their NO into a YES! 👍 Now, they’re willing to look into what it is you have to offer. Try this out the next time you’re selling to someone.

The best way to get someone’s attention... Get them CONFUSED! If you’re in a state of confusion, it means you’re about to learn something. So, the benefits of being confused means you’re about to learn something. Dr. Richard Sandler, who founded NLP, said this, “Confusion is the gateway to learning.” Learning gives you the opportunity to grow, gain knowledge, and better yourself!

If you notice this one thing, you can have much more effective conversations… Either when you’re having a conversation with someone on the phone or in person You can have a 1% advantage by just recognizing a moment to recognize one thing… Your physiology! 🧍♂️ Are you slouchy? Do you have good posture? Are you using your hands during the conversation? These are all a part of how you present yourself. And yes, using your hands even if you’re on a phone call works, too! (Even if they can’t see it) It’ll make you more interested in conversations & have your clients wanting more. Try it out in your next meeting!

Fill in the blank: ____________ is the most underutilized & underdeveloped skill of all human beings. You guessed it! Communication You’ve heard me say it before and you’ll hear me say it again, but here’s the reason why... It’s true! More people need to understand how to communicate effectively with others. It truly is the root of how we operate as humans. There are 3 types of communication. 💭 Internal Communication 🗣️ External Communication 📢 Persuasion & Influence A majority of the world believes that external communication is the main form of communication But in reality, internal communication is the key that unlocks a whole new level of self-connection and connection with others. Changing your words can transform how you view yourself and others.

What made him unique is he invented a whole new way of doing stand-up comedy by going onstage with a telephone and having one-sided conversations. You had to guess at what the "person" on the phone was saying to him because they were obviously crazy. Throughout his tv career, whenever a phone would ring and his character would go to nswer it, you knew something special was coming.

And if there was a class in school solely about asking the right questions to get you the answer you want - imagine what you would be capable of! Our minds are always searching for answers So asking the right questions will help you move towards your outcome
