if you are talking about the location being centrally located, like santa clara, downtown san jose etc, then it's between $800K to $900K on average. Of course, palo alto area will be much more expensive. we can discuss more in detail when you are available, message me off line.

其实发霉是可以除掉的，弯曲那么干燥的气候，我真的是很奇怪怎么会有发霉。如果清洁干净，AC干燥放一周，应该没问题。 如果stud发生了霉变，也要看，能换的换了，不能换了就没办法，特别是更换stud，对结构构成威胁与否

房子没有完美的，大坑小坑，有得有失，就好像没有完美的老公老婆。 其实老房子如果存到现在其实普遍结实，location 好，能几万块改变好的都是好房子，不能改变的才是不好的，例如地段，这是无法改变的问题。

Actually, all it takes is a house being unattended for a week (like a short vacation) and if you (or if you are in a condo, your neighbor) have an HVAC condensation line leak, heat, and humidity, you'll need a professional remediation team to come in, measure the moisture content in your walls, clean way up in your air ducts, etc. That is, of course, after you've paid an environmental specialist to come in and test the air samples and to also take samples off of surfaces. Perhaps the most frightening thing is that everything can LOOK fine and you can test the sheetrock with a moisture meter and they register 90% moisture at 5 feet up.

Spray it , rolling it mop it with mustard gas thats bleach ,, pinesol , fabuloso ,,, laquer thinner mix ,, paint with oil enamel paint ,expoxy 1 part ,, sealer on top of that,,,replace material , try to use metal or vinyl instead of wood ,, trim cut trees shaded areas ,,used limestone powdered in crawl space ,, find leaks ,fix leaks ,used oil or acrylic non water based chaulking sealer,,,, yes proper ventilation in the right places a smart stragety , mold. Can get someon sick n create a disease virus in brain lungs cuasing weakness in the bones specially were theres wood ,if weak immune system ,death is a possibilty ,,,
