Thank you, I like making them in the fall. I guess because my grandmother would make them for Halloween. We didn’t have all the store bought candy. Which was probably better anyway. Thanks for watching my video 😊

Why no lockable caster wheels? With that added granite top it would be difficult to move
@Tidbits4u
@Tidbits4u 4 ай бұрын
Wheels are a good idea, but I don’t want to move it. And the floor in my house is uneven. I built a table for my husbands smoker and used caster wheels and that works great for that. Thanks for watching my video.

good morning, thanks for watching my video. As for the granite top, I was going to use an adhesive like liquid nails to attach it. But it was so heavy I didn't use anything. It's not moving, It takes two people to pick it up. But an adhesive like liquid nails will attach it.

I'm not bragging, but down here in the Tampa St-Pete area, I literally have MORE ferns in my flower beds than I know what to do with. I literally have to take a lawn mower and cut them back about once a year. If I need a fern for a potted plant, I just go out and dig one up. Get ferns, they are the easiest thing in the world to grow! And they look great on your patio or lanai!

I am so sorry about that. I have a 2 inch screw that I used, just screwed into the drywall (one screw on each corner) the valance is so light I didn't need to dry wall anchors. The valences in my living room have been there for 12 years, Ive recovered them 4 times now. Thanks for watching my video

@@Tidbits4u I'm making one that is 82" over my patio door. Using 3" L brackets. In the wall first. Marking the holes before I put the batting and fabric on. I think I will just use 3" screws to keep it in place. I think it's too long to go w/o support. Good luck.

@@kathleenk7726 Sorry I just saw this message. Ive been on vacation without internet service. Yes 82 inches is quite long, I may use four screws to attach the valance. One on each end and the other two spaced out equally. I just downloaded a video showing how I mounted some of the ones I had made, but of course they weren't as long as yours. I love the idea of making it for a patio sliding door. 😊

Yes I do for my potted plants, for the plants in my garden beds and flowerbeds I amend the soil with compost that has chicken, rabbit poop. But I also feed my potted plants with worm tea. And that seems to give them a boost. Thanks for watching my video.
