Why Shoi(kat)'s videos are missing from YOU Tube ?
@sirtogii5216Ай бұрын
Oh my god! I have been looking and asking for somebody to break down this solo for years. Not one single time has this video come up in the search results no matter how far down I have scrolled. The tabs simply have not been enough for me but this helps! If there's a "buy me a coffee" link or something I'll happily send a donation.

We had sik keyboards in metal 😤 Pretty much feel the same about all of the ones you mentioned, but I never listened to 2 3 or 4 as much as you. Maiden especially were my favourite band since I was 7, but I haven't even listened to BoS or the last one (or really FF, actually) because they're so far beyond their peak. I'm also just bored of it - overplaying in every metal pub ever. It makes me laugh considering we were in a Maiden tribute act together 🤣 Otherwise for me it's probably: - Cradle of Filth. They were the extreme metal band I really got into in highschool. But it just isn't that good or remarkable, tbh. - Devin Townsend. Loved SYL. It just went downhill from there. Was a top 3 inspiration for me as a teen. Meh. - Mr Bungle 2.0. Still listen to and love the old stuff, but really don't rate this thrash metal version they're touring now. It's pretty much the opposite of what I liked about them. I also got scammed on their tickets this year lol. Since I've taken a backseat I listen to most of what I used to love a lot less, but I wouldn't say never or that its been ruined for me. Just different mood / tastes most of the time. The closest would be Dissection because of all the anticosmic metal ov cringe stuff, but even then I quite happily put the CDs on a month ago.

I never particularly loved Iron Maiden, but the turning point for me was in 1999, when I was made aware of Steve Harris' behaviour with young women. P.R. interns forced to be bottoms to the wall and files on their busts? Nope!

Iron Maiden has been shite since Fear of the Dark. Here in Ireland Eddie has been used as a symbol in Loyalist paramilitary murals, and there is a video of Bruce talking about it in such a clearly unaware way

Great vidéo mate ! I surely remember discussing with you about your story with Opeth and I'm kinda sad that I feel the same way as you, especially when it comes to the way Adkerfelt dissed his death metal roots, something I also felt regarding Anathema.

Class brother, I think a little bit of vibrato in the riff after the chorus (the part where you play fret 3 or 4 on the low e) would go a long way in nailing that Chuck sound. Great cover

Agreed with you on it all ! I'm a huge metallica fan but Kirk has been the weakest link for too long. His solos on Hardwired werre so rushed they armed the quality of the songs. It's not even laziness, it's just unprofessional. People say that Lars drives him for his solos, I don't believe it. And if it was the case, he is a grown man. He should know how to tell the drummer : that's my job. I really believe they should let James play most of the solos cause he is way more talented to write great solos than Kirk now. I can't understand this attitude to be honest. The guy has no pride ? He doesn't care that guys that used to look up to him are know leagues above him ? His album is nice but feels so rushed at the same time. Not even talking about the production : feels like he did it by himself in his room not knowing how to use a daw correctly. Just sad to see what Kirk has become. When Cliff died, he was the most skilled musician in the band. Now, he is the worst.

This is awesome! But your placement of 'late' in the title made me think you died. Lol.
