ye project main land dispute hai.. check the RERA documents.. no one is showing the full RERA report.. only front page is showing.. Also RERA ki site par is project ki details abhi tak aayi nahi hai..

When you showed the society layout, it clearly shows that no other DDJAY has a brochure like ATS Bonheur Avenue … it’s DDJAY but the plotting is like any other normal one… not cluttered at all … shows why its approved for 18 per density per plot
