I'm curious to see if this would be accurate for tall buildings as the xy position should be plotted at ground level for true precision.

Most definitely will be coming soon. This process takes up much less compute while delivering more realistic results than the 3D meshes and tiles that are currently being used.

Hello. First of all, I must say that this model is very well done. Very specialized work done. I had a question. This model is currently being displayed on ESRI's web platform, is it possible to display it on a personal platform or is it always available on the web?! Thank you for my answer.

I know of sketchfab, another 3D web viewer where you can host some free models. Alternatively you can build your own web 3D viewer but that requires some programming knowhow.
