I have two chip and both are weak...not sure how to fix him

I remember getting my first Zoomer dog when I was little, I was so happy to finally have a robot dog. I had fun playing the Zoomer dog game they had on their website too, where you went to different rooms in a house to teach one tricks and get posters to print out. Then it broke its back wheel in under a week and didn't work properly. So I got a second one to replace it. Then it broke its back wheel in under a week and...yeah. I didn't have anyone to fix it so it was the end of my robot dog. The poor experience with Zoomer is why both my mom and I weren't interested in the other Zoomer robots when they released, and why I didn't ask for a Chip. Years later I found my Zoomer dog, unable to charge since the cheap battery died long ago. And it isn't a battery I can just easily take out and replace. Now I have Aibos. They're the robot dogs I always wanted, definitely an upgrade from what Zoomer was haha. But this channel does bring back memories, I enjoyed watching many videos of these robots back then.

My puppy go ai dog has the same problems but less bad, the legs don't move sometimes It fixes when i turn it off and move and massage his legs and wheels then after a few restarts it works again
