I recently accepted a job with the Minneapolis Air National Guard and was wondering what commute times with traffic I could expect to have from Rogers to the base, which is connected to the airport? I’m also looking at other areas such as Rockford, Dayton, Buffalo, Blaine, Saint Michael, Delano and Hanover. I should add, my duty day will be from 6:15am - 4:00pm. Thank you!

Yes.. with elections on the way government will do whatever is needed to control the market. It's good time to buy than ever. I believe even if there are tons of unemployment.. they let you not pay your mortgage just like they did during the pandemic. Everyone knows taking your home to foreclosure is the last thing banks want to do because they can't manage to sell thousands at the same time.

Gonna go down the next few years some more before it goes back up. Looking at least a decade before we see any major action nationwide.

There’s a house in my neighborhood that keeps going up for sale and every winter the new owners have HVAC there. Nobody wants to fix the problem and home warranty must not cover it. The house has sold 4 times in 5 years. Landscaping looks nice. The house looks nice on the outside. The house is cozy inside based on the photos. I only recently looked it up because the dang HVAC truck seems to always be there.

Don't even get me started we bought our first home during covid.. we trusted our agent 😞. We were not allowed in with inspector, we got so screwed over floors falling in supports gone open water source barley controlled in basement.. we have disabled kids. Heat stops working when it's cold all plastic hoses freeze solid no heat in Vermont 😭. I could keep going.
