Hello! I'm excited to be connecting with you. It's wonderful that KZbin directed me to your video, and I was genuinely engrossed by your articulate and compelling explanation of offering flexible scheduling to accommodate employees' requirements. It's impressive how you explore themes such as encouragement and discovering significance in challenging circumstances. It echoes the central theme of my channel, where my goal is to provide hope, encouragement, and meaning amidst adversity. Your distinct viewpoint on these topics is highly esteemed and valued. Your video was skillfully delivered and informative, which is why I not only liked it but also subscribed to your channel. Keep up the exceptional work - I eagerly look forward to seeing more of your content!

I am hoping their new hire practices have improved since 2007. I worked there then for a short-while. When I was there I was doing something different every day and there was no set schedule. Some days I'd walk in for a shift and realize I'd have to work two shifts back -to-back. That was cruel. One back-to-back I worked so late that my wife had fallen asleep, so I had to walk from the plant all the way over to the campus in the middle of the night. This is a college town so the turnover is probably something they were used to, so you were really just a number then. If you were able to get a bid spot and actually have a position, then you were one of the lucky ones. I felt like a replaceable number there. It was awful. It was just something to make ends meet as my wife was at USU and we were just married. I can say I am glad we moved back down to SL County where we both finished our degrees and I never had to see how those nasty singles were made again. And those enzymes. Gag. Hopefully it is different now. But, holidays meant nothing and respect to new people was lacking. I thought I recognized the other guy in this video with Zachary. If it was the same dude with short red hair, he didn't say much then but walked around like he owned the place. Maybe he does now. hehe

I remember barely married in 2006 and shortly after working for this company in Logan, Utah. It was one of the worst schedules I've ever had in my life. Sometimes you would have to work two shifts back-to-back (and you didn't know it until you came in for the first). It was not the friendliest of schedules to new people who didn't have a prized bid position. If their practices are still the same, avoid this place at all costs. They also never took a day off then. Holidays meant zilch. Greedy bastards. This was a college town so their turnover I'm sure was high because of aforementioned, and most likely their treatment of new people.

What about your brown nose employees? Many of them there. Especially the one who does coke and never gets drug tested

Hello! I’m here, as a proud Schreiber, having conquered life in the UK, decades ago. I’m a single mum of 2 bright kids whose father is Chinese. We survived and live in central London. We’re so proud of our German/Brazilian ancestry. Also my kids Chinese/Malaysian too. Unfortunately we don’t know much about the father’s end but we would ❤ to. Anyway, we’re happy and sufficient on our own. Sadly, the kids and me love the Chinese culture, language and so on. But, yes, we’re survivors. God is a father. See Everything. He’s our lawyer, creator. Any child needs parents. I cannot do it for both sides.
