@@DE9MON.99 bro if you have backup id means if you have any extra account then you can summon and save rds on another account I am also doing this method becouse as a f2p rds saving is so tough so that's what I do I have like 10 accounts and when new ex come I spent on each account everytime and if I got the desire characters then I saved another good banner and also if you like garp so much you can spend 600 rds if you got lucky then stop and save again becouse there are 6th anny coming so you can save for that banners that's what I can say did you understand
