Well, in 1978, age 6, we watched Sky Hunter and we all loved it. The noise of the excitement of the class waiting for it to start... Then in 1979, we watched The Kings Dragon. And it fell so flat after Sky Hunter. All I remembered was the title, and that Wordy was (obviously) in it. We weren't allowed to watch The Boy From Space or Dark Towers as we were by then too old ( ! ) Never been bothered about The Kings Dragon since. I missed all the CBBC repeats, youtube uploads were bad quality...but then I you'd uploaded the entire series. 44 years after it went over my head (46 years after it was made), now age 51 - I was totally hooked straight into episode 1. So many familiar BBC production names, Bill Duggan from The Wheel In Space, Griffin from Enemy Of The World (plus Curtis in The Champions) and of course John Quayle had a huge career. Anne Pichon (Miss Wood) is so familiar from something (which isn't listed anywhere on the internet)...it's even made me want to go back to Hastings (haven't been there since 1988) to check out the locations. Such a shame that Sean Flanagan (Billy) was taken from us in 1981. So long ago now. What a great series this was. Shall be going back to episode 1 again shortly. Interesting that Charles Lloyd Pack wasn't in it for longer. Imagine the original film being found, rescanned and issued on 2k (or 4k) blu ray. Will never happen of course, but it would look stunning! Thank you for uploading the programmes. Amazed that I have literally no memories of it except the title and Wordy...

Just watched this 45 years to the very minute after I last watched it! I remember it well, I was ill off school but looking forward to my brothers 9th birthday party we would have at teatime. Great memories of simpler times....22.03.1977. I would never have believed I would be able to see the whole series again sitting at home, 45 years later. Thanks for the upload!

I have remembered that music and the words 'gold arm ring' since 1977 and now I'm 51. Unbelievable how much water has gone under the bridge in my family since the last time I watched that. We were glued at school at the age of 7, I guess for most of us this was the first series we'd ever watched!

Hi, I run the KZbin channel NRCP and was wondering if you have any access to archival TV episodes of Look and Read www.imdb.com/title/tt0318902/ I'm looking to fill holes in my collection, and potentially help you complete yours! I have lots of rare old British TV I could trade. Also interested in archival episodes of blue peter. But Look and Read is my priority. Thanks! - NRCP kzbin.info/door/XpauiWrK3Zwof8YjwRI-aw

Filmed in early to mid 90s so will look dated now. It will also compared to contemporary science programmes as it doesn't dumb down at all
