What sized batches do you do to fill the Unitank? I expect the sight glass takes up volume you have to account for? Thanks again for the video!

I send over about 11.75 gallons to the fermenter. That gives me enough to do a trub dump half way through the fermentation and leave some in the sight glass. I end up with 10 gallon of good clear beer every time! 🍻

Man, the SSBrewtech carb stone hack is cheaper than buying the Blichman carb stone with the ball lock post. Even if you have the older SSBrewtech carb stone, cheaper to buy the new model you have and get the post from Morebeer. Great Find and Thanks for Sharing!!

@@gamndoodbrewing8636 Beer looks awesome too! To me at least on camera it has enough of a blue/purple fruit tint to it that it doesn't immediately register as the same grey/brown/orange oxidized look. Sounds like it tastes amazing!

Please send some my way, it sounds delicious and it doesn't look as bad as you say! But yeah, maybe you can add some blueberry powder too, that might help get the color where you want it. Also, I really like the editing in this video - it's just a bit more to the point and makes the video more fun to watch. Aaaand the audio is improved too! Good job Billy. I might wanna brew this here in Nürnberg too, I really would love to have a beer like this on tap.

The Hop Bong comes from the Kegland version, which legit looks like a bong. The CO2 is added at an angle on the bottom. But the real is, is that sign trying to say that "Slow Brewers" are working or "Slow! Brewers Working"

Thanks! I think the Amarillo hops worked perfectly! They gave it a nice subtle citrus note. I kinda want the ABV a little lower but it tastes so good I don’t want to mess with recipe… lol 🍻

do you use a siemens plc for managing temperature, stirring etc.

I think it depends on the yeast and maybe to a lesser extent the fruit. I’ve had good luck with Chico yeast doing this method. But I think another fermentation is always a possibility unless you take measures to kill off any remaining yeast. Also yes, I’ll be keeping it cold!… 🍻
