The government is working to ensure modern education system by going beyond the traditional education system. In order to build a smart Bangladesh, it is necessary to create an age-appropriate education system, which will be the experienced university teachers of the country. A well-planned policy will consist of science, technology and technical education. Even though 52 years have passed in the focus of the new generation and Bengali language, books on Bengali language are not being studied in the universities of our country. Syllabus changes are making it a little harder to produce smart teachers and a little harder to educate students. Primary education in the country should be made compulsory for every citizen and more work needs to be done to develop career oriented education and create new job opportunities for them at home and abroad. How many education systems can produce peons or unemployed most of the time. A new syllabus needs to be developed based on what the next generation needs. A new education system should be developed by employing talented and intelligent people in the teaching profession with proper salary allowances and proper training.🇧🇩🌍
