Since Yeva and 415 have the same outfit such as the white coat and the goggles and the hair design. My theory is that instead of the virus killing Yeva and turning her into a mindless infected, the virus instead used or controlled her to continue working on experiments or something like that. Plus the hint at the end of Yeva's turn indicates it. Can't wait to see what's next :D
